1015 Captain's Cove

Garage comes with automatic door opener which was replaced in June 2004.
Upstairs balconies belong to a different condo.



Steps to entry way of 1015.


Tile entry way to both 1015 and condo above.



Coat closet to left of front door entrance as you come in. Note glimpse of the tile floor which was installed in September 2007 and extends into kitchen area. This tile was also used in laundry area downstairs.

Ceiling fan above dining table. This fan and the one in the master bedroom were installed in October 1996.



Sink has both a water filter installed and garbage disposal. Ask if filter stays with sink. Dishwasher is to the right of sink. It was replaced six years ago.


Vented electric stove. Both stove and refrigerator appear to be quite old, more than 16 years.


Pantry next to refrigerator in kitchen. Also good place to keep trash can.


Wet bar off of dining area on east side of condo.


East-facing window off of dining area was installed by owner in May 1994. The cranks are difficult to operate and should be looked at by inspector.


Lawn outside east-window.


View of Captain's Cove from south-facing balcony off the dining room. Lawn is fenced in and there are locks on the gates. There are two sets of sliding doors onto this balcony, one from the dining room, the other from the living room.

View of boat slips along the Cove. Check to find out if one of the slips belongs to 1015. Perhaps it could be rented out.

View of living room from dining area. Note the fireplace to left on south wall between two sets of sliding doors. There is an additional closet in the far right corner. Kitchen is to the right in this picture. The carpeting throughout the apartment was replaced in October 2007. Walls were repainted in July 2007.

Air conditioner in living room area. Was replaced by owner in June 2003. Cover seems a little loose. Should be looked at by inspector.


Air conditioner from the outside. Needs to be insulated for the winter.



Bath with tile shower located to the left of this picture. Located off the kitchen.
New vanity, shower and floor were installed in August 2007. Note the cabinet under the vanity. There is also some cabinet space to the left of toilet next to the shower.

Second bedroom at base of stairs. Note the light coming in from the south. This picture was taken around noon on Nov. 1st.

Laundry room. Washer and dryer do not stay with condo.

This sink/cabinets and the jetted tub were installed in July of 1995.

Mater bedroom. Note ceiling fan and sliding doors. Window blinds are not in good shape. Condo comes with a $1,200 credit for window treatments.

This room would make a great study. Has lots of wall space both on the east and west walls as well as some on the north wall. This room has an unobtrusive wallpaper.


Huge walk-in closet between master bath and master bedroom. More space to the right of this picture.
